Yes, I have done a book with LR5. It can be a great way to efficiently layout a book. If you don’t have a lot of time and want to stay in one program, I recommend using Lightroom. My hesitation with this program – you can’t create your own custom layouts but that is not necessary for every book. It’s definitely a great way to get started with photo book design. Specifically an extensive 200+ page yearly album. Just wondering if it’s possible to do something that extensive within LR. It would seem to streamline the workflow to have easy access to your pictures and to be able to make editing tweaks if needed as you go. Thanks!
