In exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to Book This Project, LLC (BTP) to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.
All photographs included in the BTP forms and media for advertising, trade, and other lawful purposes are copyright protected to you, the Book This Project client. Photographic credit will be printed anytime your photographs in the BTP layouts are used.
Your photographs will only be used in the Book This Project design layouts. Use of your photographs independent of the BTP design layouts is not permitted and/or is not authorized as per this Model Release.
Book This Project, LLC is not responsible for the Model Release information or permission required for the content included in the submitted photographs. This includes the photograph of minors.
